  • A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable for orders below ₹5000.
  • Orders ₹5000 and above qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

⏳ Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, courier backlogs, weather disruptions, or other external factors. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve issues where possible.


🌍 International Shipping (Outside India)

  • We ship worldwide via reliable logistics partners.
  • Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days, subject to customs and local conditions.

📄 Customs & Duties:

  • All import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

💰 Shipping Costs:

  • International shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

📦 While we are not responsible for third-party courier delays, we will support you by coordinating with the shipping partner in case of issues.

  • Tracking details and courier links will be included for live updates.
  • All shipments are insured and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

🚫 Unsuccessful Deliveries & Re-shipping

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect details:
    • We will notify you and offer to re-ship upon request.
    • Standard shipping charges will apply for re-shipment—regardless of original order value.
