At Elam Jewels, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our curated jewellery pieces and make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of a concern, we offer an exchange or store credit, subject to the terms below.

📌 General Policy

  • We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
  • Approved returns (due to genuine manufacturing defects) are eligible for:
    • An exchange, subject to availability, or
    • A gift card of equal value, redeemable on our website with no expiry.

⏱️ Eligibility & Timeframe

  • The product must have a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • The request must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.
  • An unedited opening video showing the product and issue is mandatory.

📦 Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and must include the invoice.
  • The opening video must begin from the moment the outer package is opened, with no cuts or edits.
  • Approval is subject to internal review after we receive the returned item.

🚚 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at elamjewels@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the opening video.
  3. If approved, we will share our return address.
  4. You must ship the item to us at your own expense (we do not offer reverse pickup).

🔄 What Happens Next

  • Once we receive and inspect the item:
    • You may choose an exchange (if the same product is available), or
    • Receive a gift card of equal value if the item is unavailable.
  • We will ship the exchanged product free of charge within India.

🌍 International Orders

  • Custom duties and international shipping fees must be borne by the customer.
  • Exchanges for international orders are only possible if the customer arranges the return shipping.

❗ Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to customer handling or general wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If a returned item does not meet policy criteria, we reserve the right to decline the request.
  • This policy may be updated or changed without prior notice.
